These Terms govern your use of manira.in ("the Platform"), where we help you understand, compare and apply for insurance, and assist you with claims. By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
We help you compare and choose insurance policies, and support you when you need to file a claim. We do not underwrite or issue policies — every policy is issued by the respective insurance company, and the insurer's own terms govern your coverage.
Nothing on this Platform guarantees that an application will be accepted or that a claim will be approved. These decisions are made by the insurer, based on the information provided and the policy's terms. Please read the policy document carefully before purchase.
You're responsible for giving complete and accurate information when applying for insurance. Incorrect or incomplete information is one of the most common reasons claims get delayed or rejected.
We help you intimate the insurer, prepare documents, and follow up. The final claim decision is made by the insurer, not by us.
We may receive commission from insurers for policies sold through us. This does not increase your premium, and we don't charge you separately for standard advisory services unless agreed in writing.
We're not responsible for delays or decisions made by insurers, or for any indirect loss arising from your use of the Platform. Our responsibility is limited to the advisory services we directly provide.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts at Ranchi, Jharkhand.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform means you accept the updated Terms.
